Lech Am Arlberg illuminated world globe features an up-to-date blue ocean cartography. Displaying Columbus trademarked Panorama map, when the globe is not illuminated it shows the earths physical relief and vegetation as seen in the picture. With the light switched off the political map displays countries in various colors. The map is applied in 17 successive layers inside the globe, thus rendering it resistant to fading and scratching. This elegant contemporary  illuminated world globe is mounted in an aluminum gold metallic semi-meridian and then on a brushed brass base.
