In 1929, the renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright designed  tableware to complement his furniture and structural designs. It included china, stemware, serving pieces, candlesticks, and vases. The Leerdam globe’s stand is adapted from one of the Leerdam Archival drawings.

Thousands of place names  include continents, countries, capitals,  biggest/important cities, bodies of water and more. Features die-cast numbered meridian (ring supporting the globe). Time dial is located at the North Pole.
