In 1952, the renowned architect developed a series of hexagonal metal furniture to compliment the geometric shape of Price Tower in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, which he designed. T he combination of wood/metal base of the Hexagon world globe resembles the hexagonal designs envisioned by Wright. The metal base is triangular, the 12" antique oceans world globe is supported by a full swing meridian inserted within a hexagon shaped wooden part.
